Q:How can I get samples ?
A:We can offer free sample for you to check quality. However the freight cost is on your side.

Q: What is your payment term ?
A: Our payment term is 30% deposit while 70% to be paid by sight of the copy of B/L.

Q: How long is your production time ?
A: Normally it takes about 20-35 working days for mass production based on quantity bigger than 30,000pcs.But for products in ready stock, we can arrange shipping in short time like a week.

Q: Can you print the logo/ lables as our own design ?
A: Yes, it is surely no problem. frosting, screen printing, decal, hot stamping, engraved etc. are available. We also can help with designing logo as per your requirements.

Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Normally our MOQ is based on the products. For products we have in stock, any quantity is ok. However for customized products,MOQ is 10,000-50,000.

Q: What are shipping options?
A: Usually, we suggest shipping by sea based on certain quantity because it is cheaper and safe. For small quantity, we usually suggest shipping by air which is much faster.

Q: How do you control quality ?
A: We have a professional team for quality control.We assure the defective rate less than 3%.
